Job summary

Bocar US in Tanner, Alabama is seeking a Forklift Operator for the 1st shift (6:30AM - 2:30PM). The role reports to the Logistics Supervisor and focuses on loading/unloading, inventory logging, and maintaining a safe work area.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 2 years forklift/tugger experience, and 3+ years in an industrial setting. Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and good hand-eye coordination are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have 2 years of experience as a Forklift/tugger Operator.
• Must have 3 years of continuous work experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or distribution environment; and/or equivalent military experience.
• Must be quality conscious, paying a high degree of attention to detail.
• Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment.
• Must have excellent hand and eye coordination.

Responsibilities

• Unload and load material.
• Identify damages.
• Report shortages and quality deficiencies.
• Transport raw materials to product workstations.
• Inspect machinery and determine the need for repairs.
