Job summary

Bocar US in Tanner, Alabama is hiring for a Forklift Operator 1st Shift (6:30AM - 2:30PM). You will unload/load materials, inspect equipment, and maintain inventory logs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, 2 years forklift/tugger experience, and 3 years in an industrial setting. team collaboration and strong hand-eye coordination are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have 2 years of experience as a Forklift/tugger Operator.
• Must have 3 years of continuous work experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or distribution environment; and/or equivalent military experience.
• Must be quality conscious, paying a high degree of attention to detail.
• Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment.
• Must have excellent hand and eye coordination.

Responsibilities

• Unload and load material.
• Identify damages.
• Report shortages and quality deficiencies.
• Transport raw materials to product workstations.
• Inspect machinery and determine the need for repairs.
• Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Comply with company policies and guidelines.
• Perform any other responsibilities as assigned.
• Occasional overtime as needed.
