Job summary

Bocar is seeking a Forklift Operator for the 1st shift in Tanner, Alabama. This role supports material handling, inventory accuracy, and safe, efficient operations within the production environment.

Responsibilities include unloading/loading, material transportation, equipment inspection, and maintaining clean, organized work areas while adhering to policies. Overtime may be required, and collaboration with team members is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 2 years of forklift/tugger operator experience.
• At least 3 years in industrial, manufacturing, or distribution environment; or equivalent military experience.
• Must be quality conscious with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative team.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination.

• Available to work overtime as needed

REQUIREMENTS (including educational requirements)

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have 2 years of experience as a Forklift/tugger Operator
• Must have 3 years of continuous work experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or distribution environment; and/or equivalent military experience.
• Must be quality conscious, paying a high degree of attention to detail.
• Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment.
• Must have excellent hand and eye coordination.
