Job summary

Bocar US is seeking a Forklift Operator for the 2:30PM–10:30PM shift at our Tanner, Alabama location. You will load/unload materials, inspect machinery, and maintain accurate inventory logs under the supervision of the Logistics Supervisor.

The role requires 2 years of forklift experience and 3 years in an industrial setting, with a focus on safety and teamwork. OT may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of forklift/tugger operator experience required.
• 3 years of continuous work in industrial/manufacturing/distribution or equivalent military experience required.
• Must be quality conscious with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination required.

Responsibilities

• Unload and load material.
• Identify damages.
• Report shortages.
• Transport raw materials to product workstations.
• Inspect machinery.
• Determine the need for repairs.
• Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs.
• Comply with company policies and guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
• Available to work overtime as needed.
