Cremer North America, LP is seeking a Bag Room Operator 1 to support flaking operations in Cincinnati, OH. The role focuses on operating forklift equipment, transporting supersacks, maintaining safety and quality, and adhering to GMP and HACCP guidelines.

The position offers a rotating 12-hour shift schedule and opportunities for overtime. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, plus at least 1 year of forklift experience and a solid 12-month work history.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of stand-up forklift experience.
• 1 year of continuous work history.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment including forklift.
• Transport supersacks into warehouse storage after processing.
• Perform washouts and changeovers of facilities and equipment.
• Follow procedures and document manufactured product.
• Maintain 5S: sort, set in order, shine, standardize, sustain.
• Perform autonomous maintenance: cleaning, inspecting, lubricating.
• Complete basic computer tasks and electronic scanning.
• Transfer inventory through scanning and paperwork.
• Lead or support continuous improvement activities.
• Follow safety, environmental, and quality policies.
