Chimes in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Facilities/Maintenance Technician for a Monday-Friday day shift (8:00 AM–4:30 PM). The role is on-site with a stable schedule and growth opportunities, offering $25/hour and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will perform general maintenance and repairs across carpentry, drywall, painting; troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues; repair appliances, tile, and fixtures; complete work orders and address safety hazards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of maintenance/facilities experience.
• Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and repair work.
• Troubleshoot and fix electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues.
• Skills in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance & repairs (carpentry, drywall, painting).
• Repair appliances, tile, and fixtures.
• Complete work orders and respond to maintenance requests.
• Identify and resolve safety hazards quickly.
• Assist with supplies, materials, and facility upkeep.
