Job summary

Chimes is seeking a Facilities/Maintenance Technician to support day shift at Holcomb, Exton, PA. The role is on-site with a Monday-Friday schedule, starting 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, offering growth opportunities and a stable schedule.

You’ll perform general maintenance, repairs, respond to requests, and ensure safety. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of facilities experience, reads technical manuals and blueprints, can troubleshoot electrical, plumbing and HVAC issues, and works well in a fast-paced

• 4+ years of maintenance/facilities experience.
• Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and repair work.
• Troubleshoot and fix electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues.
• Skills in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and solution-focused.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
