The Chimes is seeking a Facilities/Maintenance Technician for a Monday–Friday day shift (7:00 AM–3:30 PM) onsite at Exton, PA. Role includes general maintenance, repairs, and reading manuals/blueprints. 4+ years of experience preferred and a valid driver’s license is required. Qualifications

• 4+ years of maintenance/facilities experience.
• Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and repair work.
• Troubleshoot and fix electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues.
• Skills in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and solution-focused.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance & repairs (carpentry, drywall, painting).
• Repair appliances, tile, and fixtures.
• Complete work orders and respond to maintenance requests.
• Identify and resolve safety hazards quickly.
• Assist with supplies, materials, and facility upkeep.
