Chimes is seeking a Facilities/Maintenance Technician at our Baltimore site, Monday-Friday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. This full-time, on-site role involves general maintenance including carpentry, drywall, painting, and repairs to appliances, tile and fixtures.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of maintenance/facilities experience.
• Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and repair work.

What You’ll Do (Hands-On Work Daily):

Perform general maintenance & repairs (carpentry, drywall, painting)

What We’re Looking For:
