Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure critical facility systems operate reliably for a healthcare client.

You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs, and participate in an on‑call rotation to support patient care through timely response. You will handle building systems, plumbing, light electrical work, and routine upkeep, while following safety regulations and building codes.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related maintenance experience or equivalent combination
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Valid driver’s license required
• Basic knowledge of building systems and safety practices
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems
• Diagnose potential problems and perform repairs
• Carry out general facilities maintenance including plumbing and light electrical work
• Inspect facility assets such as doors, HVAC, and plumbing fixtures
• Assist with installation and modification of equipment
• Review work orders and track completion
• Support energy management and system efficiency
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
