Job summary

Versatex in Wilmington, OH, is seeking Maintenance Technician II or III for day shifts (M-F). Hours are 6:45 AM to 7:00 PM with a rotation.

Starting pay ranges: Technician II at $27.00/hr and Technician III at $30.50/hr, with room for higher pay based on experience. Responsibilities include keeping production lines and equipment operational, coordinating with maintenance and line supervision, and supporting TPM/6S programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two year Maintenance Certification recommended.
• Welding and forklift certifications are a plus.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems preferred.
• Ability to read electrical/mechanical drawings and use PLC logic knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production lines and equipment to keep them running.
• Assist in prioritizing work orders with Maintenance Manager and supervisors.
• Complete work orders as defined by supervision and operators.
• Support 6S and TPM programs for efficiency.
• Coach and train operators in preventative maintenance checks.
• Participate in line commissioning after maintenance events.
• Engage in plant projects as needed.
• Multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
