Job summary

JLL is hiring a Facilities Maintenance Technician in Salt Lake City, UT. The role operates Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:30 pm, performing routine maintenance and repairs on building systems and utilities.

You will use CMMS to manage work orders, document work, and ensure safety standards. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of building repair experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or state equivalent required.
• Two years of related trade schooling or equivalent.
• General Plumbing experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance on facility equipment with a professional and safe approach.
• Provide professional feedback to update preventative maintenance procedures.
• Maintain up to date system documentation for all repairs or changes.
