BayCare in Tampa, FL is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to join our facilities team. The role focuses on the upkeep, operation, and repair of buildings, equipment, and systems across our sites, with a 7:00am–3:30pm schedule Monday through Friday.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of maintenance experience, prefer hospital-related background, and hold a Florida driver's license. A technical education is a plus as BayCare emphasizes safety, reliability, and multidisciplinary

Formación

• 3 years of maintenance experience required.
• 2 years hospital-related experience preferred.
• Must be able to read blueprints and schematics.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain, operate, and repair buildings, equipment and systems across facilities.
• May install equipment as needed.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics; provide guidance and project management as required.
• Perform preventive maintenance across trades including plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, refrigeration, pneumatic tube, painting, carpentry.
• Maintain facilities and equipment in hospital or clinic environment.
• May work varied shifts, weekends, and travel to other BayCare facilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
