Job summary

BayCare seeks a full-time Maintenance professional at Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater, FL. You will maintain, operate, and repair buildings, equipment, and systems across multiple trades, performing preventive maintenance to ensure reliable facility operations.

The role requires 2 years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid FL driver’s license. Some travel to other BayCare facilities may be required, with Monday–Friday shifts and occasional weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, operate, and repair buildings, equipment and systems.
• Perform general mechanical repairs.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on facility equipment across multiple trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.).
• Maintain facilities and equipment in hospital/clinic environments.
• May work various shifts and weekends; travel to other BCHS facilities may be required.
