Surge in Bangor, ME is seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance HVAC Technician to support the operation of a manufacturing facility. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems, boilers, chillers, and related mechanical equipment.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, responding to requests, reading blueprints, supporting installations, and keeping accurate records in a CMMS. A safety-focused, independent worker with strong teamwork is desired.

Formación

Commercial HVAC installation and maintenance experience.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics and technical documents.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Safety-focused with reliable attendance.
Ability to work independently.

Responsabilidades

Maintain, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and facility equipment.
Maintain and troubleshoot commercial HVAC systems, boilers, chillers, circulation fans, and environmental control systems.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
Respond to maintenance requests and support day-to-day operations.
Maintain equipment records using a CMMS.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and documentation.
Assist with HVAC installations and repairs.
Assist with plumbing repairs and gas line maintenance.
Support building automation controls and environmental systems.
Assist with facility improvement and maintenance projects.
