Job summary

Tex Tech Industries in North Monmouth is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to keep our 24/7 manufacturing facility running at peak efficiency. Candidates should have strong mechanical and carpentry skills, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and work in tight spaces.

Must obtain Maine State High Pressure Boiler License (Tex Tech pays the process and grants a pay increase upon completion). We offer medical, FSA/HSA with employer contribution, dental, 401(k) with employer match, paid holidays and PTO.

Qualifications

• 1 year mechanical or preventive maintenance experience.
• Ability to read operation manuals and manufacturer instructions.
• Basic understanding of electrical, HVAC and preventive maintenance.

• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure machinery runs smoothly.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow regulations.
