Job description

Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Technician

Prysmian, the world leader in energy and telecom cable systems, is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will support machinery maintenance and repair in a dynamic environment, contributing to our goals in HSE, productivity, and maintenance reliability. This position is for the day shift with opportunities for overtime.

Shift: 12-hour shifts, 7:00am - 7:00pm, alternating weekends

Pay Range: $28.01 - $34.32 per hour

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience
• Knowledge of hydraulic/pneumatic systems, electrical schematics, AC/DC electrical applications, drives, and controls
• Ability to read mechanical blueprints and understand pump and pipe systems
• Proficiency with basic hand tools, electrical tools (including voltmeter), and basic computer skills (MS platform)
• Understanding of CMMS

• Adherence to all safety standards, including OSHA
• Self-motivated with attention to detail, able to work independently and communicate effectively
• Team player with a respectful and courteous attitude
• Willingness to work overtime when required

Educational Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Technical diploma in electrical or mechanical fields or an associate degree in related fields
