Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 2 years of hands-on experience in a shop environment with hydraulic, electrical, and air pressure systems.
• Must provide and maintain basic hand and diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections to identify safety hazards or issues.
• Carry out assembly, repair, and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Operate diagnostic tools to identify mechanical problems on sweepers and heavy equipment.
• Handle parts, lubricants, and fluids safely and dispose of waste properly.
• Immediately report equipment issues or safety concerns to management.
• Communicate maintenance needs clearly to equipment operators.
