Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to support our distribution center operations in New York. You will install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain powered equipment, facilities, and grounds to ensure a safe, productive workplace for team members, vendors, and visitors.

The role requires hands-on experience with electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems, and adherence to safety protocols, including LOTO.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a fast-paced industrial or warehouse environment delivering maintenance on power equipment including electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical components.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or training in mechanical, electrical, welding, HVAC controls.
• Trade/technical certification related to facility maintenance is a plus; MHE certification or specialized training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt professional service to maintain distribution center assets and a safe working environment.
• Record time and parts in the CMMS for inventory and labor reporting.
• Repair and preventive maintenance across assets including conveyors, forklifts, power equipment, batteries, dock equipment, racking, lighting and HVAC.
