Job summary

Hillcrest Healthcare System in Tulsa, OK is seeking a day shift, full-time Registered Nurse Clinical Educator to lead nursing education programs and ensure clinical competence across units. The ideal candidate holds a BSN, an unencumbered OK RN license, and current CPR (BLS) with ACLS, and may have MSN and CVICU experience.

Qualifications

• BSN required
• Current, unrestricted OK RN License
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role
• ACLS certification

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement Nursing Clinical Education Programs and Clinical Competence.
• Plan, organize and execute education/training programs identified through needs assessment, quality improvement, and new products/technology implementation.
• Support effective operations through teamwork, customer service, quality assurance, and adherence to regulations; contribute to policy and procedure development.
• Collaborate with education team and facility leadership on hospital-wide education initiatives.
