Job summary

Hillcrest Healthcare System in Tulsa is seeking a day shift, full-time Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Educator at the Oklahoma Heart Institute.

BSN required; Oklahoma RN license; BLS and ACLS required; MSN preferred with CVICU experience sought.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Current, unrestricted Oklahoma RN license.
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire or transfer and prior to direct patient care.
• ACLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement Nursing Clinical Education Programs and Clinical Competence.
• Plan, organize and execute education/training programs identified through needs assessment and quality improvement.
• Assist in operations through teamwork, customer service, quality assurance, and compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with education team and facility leadership on hospital-wide education initiatives.
