Job summary

Hillcrest Healthcare System is seeking a day shift, full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as the Oklahoma Heart Institute Clinical Educator in Tulsa, OK. You will coordinate and implement nursing education programs and clinical competence across the facility, collaborating with the education team and leadership to support high‑quality patient care.

The role requires a BSN, an active OK RN license, and certifications (BLS and ACLS). Preferred MSN and CVICU experience.

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• Current, unrestricted OK RN License.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer.
• ACLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement nursing clinical education programs and clinical competence.
• Plan, organize and execute education/training programs identified through needs assessment and quality improvement.
• Support operations through teamwork, customer service, quality assurance, and policy implementation.
• Collaborate with education team and facility leadership on hospital education initiatives.
