Job summary

Qualifications

• BSN is required.
• Current, unrestricted OK RN license.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer.
• ACLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement Nursing Clinical Education Programs and Clinical Competence.
• Plan, organize, and execute education/training programs identified through needs assessment, quality improvement, and implementation of new products and technology.
• Assist in operation through teamwork, customer service, quality assurance, adherence to regulations, and policy development across areas of responsibility.
• Collaborate with education team and facility leadership on hospital-wide education initiatives.
