Job summary

Hillcrest Healthcare System in Tulsa, OK is seeking a day shift, full-time Registered Nurse Clinical Educator to coordinate and deliver nursing education and clinical competency programs across the patient care teams.

You will plan, organize, and implement education needs, partner with facility leadership, and support the adoption of new products and technologies to improve patient care.

Qualifications

• BSN required to practice as nurse educator.
• OK RN license must be current and unrestricted.
• BLS certification required within 14 days of hire or transfer, prior to direct patient care.
• ACLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement Nursing Clinical Education Programs and Clinical Competence.
• Plan, organize and execute education/training aligned with needs assessment and quality improvement.
• Support operations through teamwork, customer service, quality assurance, and adherence to regulations.
• Collaborate with education team and facility leadership on hospital education initiatives.
