Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in custodial, housekeeping, grounds keeping, or food service work.

Responsibilities

• Cleans lobbies, bathrooms, hallways, meeting rooms, billiards area, and administrative areas.
• Sets up and breaks down for daily events in meeting rooms, lobbies, ballrooms, and exterior grounds.
• Cleans, strips, waxes, and polishes floors using industrial mops and floor machines.
• Operates floor cleaning equipment and maintains cleanliness of carpets and floors.
• Empties trash and recycling containers and handles waste per label directions.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisors or department staff.
