Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean lobbies, bathrooms, hallways and other areas by sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing.
• Empty trash and recycling and transport waste; may handle bio-hazardous materials.
• Clean, strip, wax, and polish floors with appropriate machines and cleaners.
• Operate vacuum, carpet cleaner and related equipment for carpets and spills.
• Wash exteriors, windows and building surfaces with appropriate cleaning tools.
• Lock/unlock campus buildings; move tables, chairs and event equipment as needed.
• Perform miscellaneous custodial tasks and report maintenance issues.
• Assist with setting up spaces for programs and events.
