Qualifications

• Six months of custodial, housekeeping, grounds keeping, or food service work.
• No Test Score Required.

Responsibilities

• Cleans lobbies, bathrooms, hallways, meeting rooms, billiards area, and administrative area of the union by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, dusting, and polishing.
• Set-ups and break downs for daily events in meeting rooms, lobbies, ballrooms, and exterior grounds.
• Cleans, strips, waxes and polishes floors using industrial size mops and commercial floor machines; prepare solutions.
• Cleans floor machines and checks/recharges batteries; operate carpet cleaning equipment as needed.
• Empties trash and recycling containers; transports waste; deodorizes containers.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Building Services supervisors or staff.
