Job summary

Chimes VA Brand is seeking a dedicated custodial team member to perform cleaning and building services across public and work spaces, including executive areas. The role operates Monday–Friday with a scheduled shift from 8:30am to 3:30pm and a set pay rate of $17.20 per hour.

The successful candidate will follow contract specifications, maintain hygiene standards, and support restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of custodial work experience preferred.
• Candidates with disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and building services in public and work space areas according to contract specifications.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms and public areas; descale showers, toilets, and urinals.
• Keep restrooms stocked and maintain cleanliness of floors, surfaces, and furnishings.
