Job summary

292 DEPT. OF ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY seeks a part-time Housekeeping/Custodial Worker in Oklahoma City to keep offices and common areas clean, sanitized, and safe. You will follow agency policies and support daily operations with strong communication and teamwork.

Typical shifts run 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, 30-40 hours per week, with hourly pay levels of $17.37 (Level II) or $18.25 (Level III).

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, and break rooms.
• Perform trash removal and restock dispensers.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and maintain floors weekly/monthly.
• Assist with room setups, laundry tasks, and coverage during staff absences.
