Qualifications

• Eighteen months’ experience in building or institutional custodial work.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions and safety procedures.
• Background check required and legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, dust, mop, scrub, wash, vacuum, wax, and polish floors and surfaces.
• Sanitize laboratories, washrooms, and bedrooms; restock supplies and dispose of waste.
• Observe safety violations; participate in emergency situations; maintain records.
• Assist in training and supervising lower-level workers; schedule tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
