SBM Management Services, LP is hiring a Lead Day Porter to oversee custodial operations and sanitation for the assigned areas. The role includes providing work direction to custodians and assisting the Custodial Supervisor with scheduling and training, all while maintaining daily upkeep and inventory management.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years of related experience, and certifications such as CPR/AED/First Aid; forklift certification may also be required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform janitorial duties.
• Follow daily schedule.
• Provide work direction to custodians as directed by Custodial Supervisor.
• Assist in scheduling and training staff.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repairs.
• Schedule clean up and repairs as needed.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Track and maintain supplies inventory.
• Assist in purchasing cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Perform quality, service, and safety inspections.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Report personnel and customer issues to supervisor.
• Monitor PPE usage and supplies.
• Correct at risk behavior and report actions.
