Job summary

The Jamestown S’Klallam Tribe is seeking a dependable Custodial Maintenance team member to keep the Blyn Campus clean, safe, and welcoming. This full‑time role performs custodial, groundskeeping, and light maintenance duties for employees, Tribal citizens, and visitors in Sequim, WA.

Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, window cleaning, restroom upkeep, light repairs, and event support. Must have a high school diploma, basic math, and strong communication; reliable with a valid driver’s

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts.
Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
Strong organization, prioritization and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to travel locally and regionally as assigned.
Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

Perform routine custodial duties including cleaning floors, windows, restrooms, and trash removal.
Assist with groundskeeping and light maintenance tasks as needed.
Replace light bulbs and perform minor repairs as required.
Maintain stock of cleaning supplies and report needs to staff.
Set up and break down for events at the Blyn Campus.
Secure and lock facilities daily and after events.
Adhere to tribal policies and safety procedures.
