Job summary

CFG MEDICAL SERVICES PLLC seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver direct nursing care to inmate patients within a correctional health setting. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, across intake, clinics, and emergency scenarios.

Ideal candidates have an active RN license, BLS/CPR certification, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining HIPAA compliance and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current, unrestricted RN license for the state of employment.
• BLS or CPR certification at time of employment.
• Experience in a correctional healthcare environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized nursing care to inmate patients per nursing protocols.
• Perform assessments in intake, care units, emergencies, chronic care clinics, and medical units.
• Collaborate with primary care providers and interdisciplinary teams for timely, continuous care.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.
• Maintain patient documentation accurately and promptly.
