Job summary

CFG Health Systems, LLC seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver direct patient care to inmate patients in a correctional setting. The RN will apply the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective care for a wide range of conditions.

Florida-licensed RNs with BLS/CPR certification, strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork will thrive. Night/weekend/on-call shifts may be required; adherence to HIPAA, PREA, and infection control is essential.

Qualifications

• What candidates must have: active Florida RN license and BLS/CPR certification.
• Experience in correctional healthcare preferred.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized nursing care to inmate patients using nursing protocols.
• Perform assessments in intake, health units, and clinics.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor responses.
• Document care accurately and maintain patient records.
