Responsibilities

• Prepare meals according to standardized recipes and diets.
• Review menus and production sheets for daily needs.
• Ensure proper portioning, temperatures, and food quality.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation.
• Receive and inspect deliveries as needed.
• Assist training of kitchen staff and team members.
• Support Nutrition Services operations in supervisor's absence.
• Participate in audits and quality improvement activities.
