Job summary

Vi Living, at Bentley Village in Naples, FL, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant. This full-time role runs 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, every other weekend, supporting licensed staff in direct resident care, daily living activities, and essential clinical tasks.

The position emphasizes quality assessment and resident condition monitoring. Qualified applicants must hold current state CNA certification with experience in geriatric care.

Qualifications

• Current state certification and experience is required.
• Prior experience working with geriatric clients is preferred.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
• Current CPR/AED certifications are required.
• Current First Aid certification is required or must be willing and able to become First Aid certified.
• Food handlers certification and Certified Medical Technician/Certified Medication Aide certification, where required.
• Basic computer skills or ability to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed care staff in performing clinical and technical tasks for residents.
• Support daily living activities, light housekeeping, dining/tray services, and escort services.
• Record vital signs and weights, monitor resident changes, and participate in quality improvement activities.
