Job summary

Vi at Bentley Village in Naples, FL is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to assist with activities of daily living for residents in an assisted living setting. The role includes light housekeeping, dining assistance, and resident escort services.

You will work on-call with 4-12 hour shifts and collaborate with licensed staff to monitor residents, perform vital signs, and participate in quality improvement initiatives. Florida background screening applies.

Qualifications

• Current state CNA certification and experience required.
• Experience caring for geriatric residents preferred.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Current CPR/AED certifications required.
• Current First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain.
• Food handler certification and CMA certification where required.
• Basic computer skills or ability to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed care staff in activities of daily living.
• Light housekeeping, dining tray services, escort services.
• Perform vital signs and weights as assigned.
• Participate in quality assessment and performance improvement activities.
• Notify team of resident changes in condition.
