Job summary

Vi Living’s Vi at Bentley Village in Naples, FL seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join a dedicated care team. You will assist residents with daily living activities, dining, and mobility, under the supervision of licensed staff. This full-time day shift runs 7am–7pm with three 12-hour shifts and alternating weekends.

Applicants must hold current state CNA certification and CPR/First Aid. Experience with geriatrics is preferred, and related certifications (Food handlers, CMA) may be

Qualifications

• Must possess current state CNA certification and experience.
• Experience with geriatric clients preferred.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Current CPR/AED certifications required.
• Current First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain.
• Food handlers certification and CMA certification as required.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed care staff in activities of daily living and light housekeeping.
• Provide dining/tray service and escort services as needed.
• Record vital signs and weights; observe changes in residents’ condition.
• Participate in quality assessment and performance improvement activities.
