Job summary

Vi Living at Bentley Village in Naples, FL is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support licensed care staff and residents in activities of daily living, light housekeeping, dining services, and escort assistance.

You will participate in quality assessment and monitor changes in residents’ condition, with shifts ranging 4–12 hours and on-call coverage; state CNA certification and CPR/First Aid are required.

Qualifications

• Current state certification and experience required.
• Prior geriatric care experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• CPR/AED certifications required.
• First Aid certification required or willing to obtain.
• Food handler and CMA certifications as applicable.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed care staff with activities of daily living.
• Perform vital signs and weight measurements.
• Light housekeeping and dining/tray service, escort duties.
• Participate in quality assessment and performance improvement.
