Job summary

Vi Living's Vi at Bentley Village in Naples, FL is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join the skilled nursing team. This full-time day position supports licensed care staff, assists residents with activities of daily living, dining and light housekeeping, and records vital signs.

The role includes three 12-hour shifts (7am–7pm) with every other weekend and ongoing QA participation.

Qualifications

• Current state CNA certification and experience required.
• Prior experience with geriatric clients preferred.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• CPR/AED certifications required.
• First Aid certification required or willing to obtain.
• Food handler and CM/MA certifications where required.
• Basic computer skills or ability to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and light housekeeping.
• Provide dining/tray services and escort services as needed.
• Take vital signs and weights and report changes.
• Support quality assessment and performance improvement activities.

Responsibilities

Certified Nursing Assistant CNA

Skilled Nursing

Full Time Days 7am to 7pm

Three 12 hours shifts with every other weekend

As a CNA you will be responsible for assisting licensed care staff in performing a variety of clinical and technical tasks to assigned residents to include assisting with activities of daily living, light housekeeping, dining / tray services, escort services, performing vital signs and weights and other care related duties as assigned. As part of the care team, you will participate in quality assessment and performance improvement activities and notification of resident changes of condition as they occur.

Qualifications

• Qualified applicants are required to possess current state certification and experience is required.
• Prior experience working with geriatric clients is preferred.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
• Current CPR/Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certifications are required.
• Current First Aid certification is required or must be willing and able to become First Aid certified.
• Food handlers certification and Certified Medical Technician/Certified Medication Aide certification, where required.
• Basic computer skills or ability to learn.

This position requires compliance with Florida's Care Provider Background Screening process.

Pay Range

USD $18.07 - USD $21.69 /Hr.
