Job summary

Clearwater is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care according to each resident's care plan. You will identify residents, assist with treatments and meals, and maintain accurate records on flow sheets and charts.

Responsibilities include reporting changes to supervisors, protecting patient privacy, and following procedures for exposure to blood and hazardous materials. You will support residents with daily activities and ensure a safe, comfortable environment

Qualifications

Must possess a minimum of a 10th grade education.
Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.
CPR preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide routine daily nursing care and services per resident care plans.
Identify residents before assisting with treatments, meals, etc.
Report changes in residents' condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
Record entries accurately on flow sheets, charts, and notes.
Maintain confidentiality of resident care information and report any disclosures.
Follow policies on exposure to blood, body fluids, and hazardous materials.
Assist residents with daily activities and mobility as trained.
Prepare resident rooms and orient residents to rooms and roommates.
Greet residents, escort to rooms, and ensure comfort and safety during shifts.
