PACS Group is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Clearwater, Florida, to provide routine daily nursing care and services according to each resident’s plan. Shifts available are 11am-7pm, 7am-3pm, and 3pm-11pm, with responsibilities across care, documentation, and safety.

The role requires a CNA certificate, CPR certification, and a minimum 10th grade education. You will work under Nurse Supervisors while ensuring patient comfort, privacy, and adhere to facility policies.

• Must possess at least a 10th grade education.
• Ability to read, analyze, and record patient data clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Identify residents before procedures using wristbands or photo ID.
• Document changes in condition and maintain confidentiality of information.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and hygiene.
• Report incidents and safety concerns to Nursing Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Prepare rooms and assist with transfers, admissions, and discharges.
