Job summary

Clearwater is seeking a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents according to assessment and care plans. Shifts include 11am-7pm, 7am-3pm, and 3pm-11pm in Clearwater, FL.

You will identify residents, document care, and report changes to supervisors while maintaining confidentiality and supporting residents with daily activities. The role emphasizes following established policies, teamwork with nursing staff, and providing a calm, warm environment

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) per state laws.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general information.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per care plan.
• Identify residents before procedures using wristband/photo ID.
• Document accurately on flow sheets, notes, and charts.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Ensure confidentiality of resident care information.
• Assist residents with daily functions and mobility as trained.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive resident environment.
