Job summary

Christian Living Communities | Cappella Living Solutions is seeking a part-time CNA for the Suites of Someren Glen in Centennial, CO. You will assist residents with daily living activities and hygiene, delivering person-centered care on 8-hour shifts.

As a CNAs you will be part of the nursing team, contributing to individualized care plans and collaborating with colleagues to ensure residents' comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in long-term care or memory care (preferred).
• Compassion and patience for older adults, including those with dementia.
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily hygiene care for residents with dignity and respect.
• Personalize care by getting to know each resident's preferences.
• Document care accurately and promptly report changes to the team.
• Follow safety, infection control, and risk management procedures.
• Keep supervisor updated on each resident’s status and condition.
• Support the team with other duties as needed.
