Signature HealthCARE in Roanoke Rapids, NC is hiring a full-time Day Shift CNA (7am–3pm). You will provide direct resident care under licensed nurses, assist with ADLs, and help maintain a compassionate, safe environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide ADLs within scope of practice and resident plan of care.
• Change bed linen and maintain grooming supplies.
• Ambulate and transfer residents with assistive devices.
• Record vital signs, weights, intake/output, and food intake.
• Turn and position residents; support rights and preferences.
• Assist orientation and training of staff as requested.
