Qualifications

• Current and active Indiana licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Medical Assistant certification (CMA).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Must maintain all required continuing education for licensure/certification.
• Must practice strictly within the legal scope defined by applicable Indiana practice acts and certifying bodies.

Responsibilities

• Provides care that meets the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care.
• Maintains regulatory requirements, nursing and clinic policies, procedures and standards of care.
• Communicates with provider and team members concerning patient's clinical status, including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology.
