Job summary

Qualifications

• Current and active Indiana licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Medical Assistant certification (CMA).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Must maintain all required continuing education for licensure/certification.
• Must practice strictly within the legal scope defined by applicable Indiana practice acts and certifying bodies.
