Job summary

Daviess Community Hospital is seeking a Day shift, 40 hours per week LPN or CMA to join our nursing team. The role requires active Indiana licensure as an LPN or CMA with current BLS and ongoing continuing education to meet licensure/certification requirements.

The incumbent will provide care addressing psychosocial, physical and general needs, communicate patient status and diagnostic results to the provider and care team, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies.

Qualifications

• Must hold active Indiana LPN license or CMA certification.
• Current BLS certification.
• Must complete continuing education for licensure/certification.
• Must practice within Indiana practice acts and certifying bodies.

Responsibilities

• Provide care addressing psychosocial, physical and general aspects of patient care.
• Communicate with providers and care team about patient s condition and test results.
• Maintain regulatory requirements and comply with nursing and facility policies and procedures.
