Recover-Care Heartland is seeking a Charge Nurse for a full-time role with Friday–Sunday, 6a–6p shifts. You will oversee resident care, assign staff, and ensure adherence to policies to maintain high-quality care. The position requires nursing licensure and leadership ability.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or an approved LPN program with a current LPN or RN licensure in the state in which practicing.
• Possess leadership ability and the willingness to work with and supervise professional and nonprofessional personnel.
• Ability to Read, write and speak the English language.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate staff assignments and supervision to ensure quality resident care.
• Prepare/administer medications as ordered by the physician.
• Admit, transfer and discharge residents and coordinate transportation/packing as necessary.
• Administer professional nursing services as established by facility policies and procedures.
• Give/receive nursing reports at shift change and monitor residents' status.
