Qualifications

• Education: High School or GED.
• Experience: 1 year DOT driving experience – waste & recycling services experience preferred.
• License: CDL-B & DOT Medical Card.
• Age: Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Compliance: Must maintain an acceptable driving record and pass MVR, background check, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Ensure safety features are operational.
• Review routes and complete jobs within the allotted time with quality and accuracy.
• Operate street sweeper and equipment safely, following traffic laws and site protocols.
• Report equipment issues or safety concerns promptly to management.
• Maintain professional communication with team, supervisors, and clients.
